Hub Manager

We are seeking an experienced but fresh thinking Hub Manager to join our team. Your role is vital to the development of communities and engagement in innovation and enterprise. You will work across teams to develop space, activities, and new ways of engaging entrepreneurs, staff and external stakeholders in our new inspiration, education and incubation spaces.

Administrator

We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Administrator’s main tasks include managing office equipment, booking meetings and events, arranging travel and distributing mail. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.

Projects Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

Finance Support Officer

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll. Finance Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. If you have an accounting background and are interested in procedures like tax management and budget preparation, we’d like to meet you.

Training Programs Coordinator

Our ideal candidate has experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning. Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development, is also essential. You should also be familiar with the instructors, equipment, and educational material requirements for each project.
